• Beginning September 21, 2009, listeners tuning into the following stations: Power 107 and 97.3 Hot Country KShore will be directed to enter online at power1073.com and kshr.com to enter the contest. 

• All contest materials submitted by phone, mail, or internet become the property of Bicoastal Media LLC. Entries are limited to one email per day per person.  Alternate email addresses are not permitted. .

• Listener can register online once a month during the monthly contest period October, November, December of 2009; January, 2010. However, at the beginning of each monthly contest, previous contest entries from last month's contest will not be rolled over, Listener must resubmit entry at the beginning of each monthly contest.

• Name and likeness of promotion winner may be used by Bicoastal Media and all other sponsor designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation.

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Employees of Bicoastal Media, Papa Murphy's and Video and More, our successors and assignees, advertising agencies, promotional companies involved in this contest, and employees of other radio stations in the Coos Bay area, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate and win.
